The Portfolio
Every restaurant call becomes a direct digital customer — no commissions, ever. Built inside Town Hero Subs because DoorDash takes 30%. Battle-tested on our own brands. Now a platform open to any restaurant.
orderheroai.comTwo locations in Lantana and Lake Worth. The origin — every other entity in this portfolio was built here first. 18 months open, organic reach across 3M+ followers. Nobody paid for it.
therealtownheros.comGourmet hot dogs, delivery only, on Town Hero's existing kitchen. Zero new overhead. Every order is pure margin on infrastructure already paid for.
theglizzygodz.comAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical — all of Palm Beach County. Same customers who trust us with their food trust us with their homes. AI answers 24/7.
townheroservices.comBuilt first for Town Hero employees — young staff in a public-facing sub shop needed real protection when situations turned unpredictable. One tap activates a live AI agent: it speaks out loud, announces the recording, addresses the aggressor, and builds a legal file. Then we opened it to everyone.
herowitness.comVeterans, first responders, and families in need eat free, get free home repairs, and get placed in jobs at D.A.M. companies. The community mission that feeds customers back into every entity.
heroforhero.comHow It Works
Third-party platforms took 30% of every order. So we built AI phone ordering from scratch. That became OrderHeroAI.
The kitchen sat idle between lunch and dinner. So we launched a delivery brand on the same equipment. That became Glizzy Godz.
Customers trusted us with their food. They trusted us with their homes. That became Town Hero Services.
Free meals for veterans built loyalty no ad budget can buy. That loop feeds new customers into every entity. That's Hero For Hero.
Young employees in a public-facing sub shop encounter everything — aggressive customers, parking lot confrontations, situations that escalate fast and leave no record. We needed to protect our staff in the moment and protect the business if things ever went legal. So we built an AI that activates in one tap, speaks out loud, announces the recording, and addresses whoever is standing there. It de-escalated situations before they became problems. Then we looked up and realized every rideshare driver, every nurse leaving a night shift, every person alone in a parking lot needed this exact thing. That became HeroWitness.
Every order in the portfolio runs through a payment processor that takes a cut. At volume, that's a significant layer of margin that leaves the system. So the next move is owning the rail — D.A.M. is partnering with a banking network to board merchants, own the settlement layer, and control the full transaction stack from order to payout. The infrastructure every entity already runs on becomes the product. That's the payment layer.
This isn't diversification. It's one system that strengthens itself every time it grows.
